Their newly signed to the legendary Motown Gospel record label and their new single “Anyway” is speaking to the hearts and minds of everyone who hears this moving and riveting song. Let’s take a peep at his bio: The Voices are the proud recipients of the 2006 North Carolina Announcers Guild Prestige Award for Group Traditional Duo, 2009 Newsome Music Award Quartet of the Year, and 2010 Rhythm of Gospel Award Male Quartet of the year. They have won numerous awards in 07, 08, and 2011. Most recently The Texas Music Excellence Award Male Quartet of the year 2014.Michael Boykin and the Mighty Voices have recorded 2 CDs within the past 9 years. Their freshman and sophomore projects entitled “Put God First” and “Coming Out of the Storm” did exceptionally well. On May 31, 2014 Michael Boykin and the Mighty Voices signed with Malaco Music Group at the North Carolina Gospel Announcers Guild under the Leadership of Bishop Arvetra Jones.
