Chart-topping artist, the Volunteer State Mass Choir, has released their new single “Waiting On You” written and produced by Grammy and Dove Award winning producer Tre’ Corley. Corley is the Music Director/Producer for the former governor of Arkansas, Mike Huckabee’s talk show, Huckabee on TBN. Tre’ Corley also has worked with Micheal W. Smith, and Donnie McClurkin. 
Volunteer State Mass Choir, founded by Mr. Jeff Wilford in 2006, is a group of Tennessee and Western Kentucky singers and musicians who are a close-knit family. Their performances took them to Las Vegas, Nevada, Louisville, Kentucky, Birmingham, Alabama, Atlanta, Georgia and several other cities across the United States as they promoted their single Fresh Oil which topped the Billboard Gospel Chart at number 12 in 2018.

It follows the debut late last year of the long-awaited documentary about the making of that legendary double live album, which opened to rave reviews. 
CBS will also be honoring Franklin’s career on March 10 with Aretha: A Grammy® Tribute To The Queen Of Soul. Hosted by Tyler Perry, the two-hour special features performances by Yolanda Adams, Shirley Caesar, Alessia Cara, Kelly Clarkson, Common, Celine Dion, Jennifer Hudson, Alicia Keys, John Legend, Patti LaBelle, and BeBe Winans, as well as recent Grammy nominees Brandi Carlile, Chloe X Halle, H.E.R., Janelle Monáe, and SZA. 
Rhino will continue to celebrate Franklin with the release of AMAZING GRACE: THE COMPLETE RECORDINGS on vinyl for the first time ever. Available on March 22, just three days before Franklin’s birthday, the set ($99.98) includes four, 180-gram LPs that contain both of Aretha’s transcendent performances at the New Temple Missionary Baptist Church, which were recorded in Los Angeles on January 13 and 14, 1972. 
Among the many signature moments that make up Franklin’s remarkable career, these performances clearly stand out as some of her finest work. They were recorded over two nights as the singer performed church standards like “Precious Memories,” “What A Friend We Have In Jesus” and “How I Got Over,” the latter written by gospel legend Clara Ward, who was listening in the audience. The performances were also attended by Franklin’s father, the famed Reverend C.L. Franklin; Clara Ward and Mother Ward of the Ward Family Singers; and Mick Jagger and Charlie Watts of the Rolling Stones, who were in town recording Exile On Main Street. 
Released on June 1, 1972, Amazing Grace would go on to sell more than two million copies in the in U.S. alone. It was not only the best-selling album of Franklin’s career, but it still also holds the record as the best-selling live gospel album of all time. In addition, the album also earned Franklin a Grammy award, her first for Best Soul Gospel Performance.

Bio:
Denita Gibbs, singer, songwriter, recording artist is a native of Birmingham, AL, now residing in Nashville, TN.  At the tender age of seven, Denita was called to be a singer. Raised in a home with praying parents, she learned that life is all about worshipping God. Denita earned national recognition as a finalist in the Vickie Winans Rising Star Talent Search, sponsored by Chrysler. Soon doors of opportunity began to swing open, and in 2004 she released her first album, entitled “Worthy”. In 2011, she formally signed with Audiostate 55 Entertainment Company for the release of her second album.  In 2014, she was No. 14 on the Billboard gospel album chart with her August release entitled "Without You." Denita is now an independent artist. Her voice has led her to various arenas of ministry and opening performances for many Gospel artists. 
She has received numerous awards: 2014 Alabama People’s Choice Music Award “Female Vocalist of the Year” and the 2014 Alabama People’s Choice Music Award “Song of the Year”. In June 2018, she was one of the Top 3 Songwriter’s finalist at the Gospel Music Association (GMA) Immerse Conference in Nashville, TN. Following the year of 2018, Denita signed with IndieBlu/EOneGospel and released her latest single, "Keep Holding On". The acoustic bouncy mid-tempo track is a good evidence of Denita’s ability to produce music that stays on the cutting edge of contemporary gospel music.
